1. Go to contacts and click blackberry key
  2. scroll and click on “SIM Phone Book”
  3. Click blackberry key again
  4. choose “Copy all to contacts”

How to backup your contacts

Simply sync yor backberry with Desktop Manager on any PC or Mac using the provided USB cable

Can I copy my contacts to the microSD card in order to liberate some device memory?

Currently this is NOT a feature supported by the Blackberry OS
